Ambition is seeking a CRM Executive who specialises in Interaction on behalf of an American law firm. This role will support the firm's Business Development team in the London office, working with the New York CRM team and liaising with partners from time to time. Playing a key role in the relaunch of InterAction in London and thus ensuring that the firm's London CRM system is accurate and up to date. An important element of the role will be ensuring that best practices are put in place for the entry and upkeep of data in InterAction going forward.

As a CRM Executive, you will be involved in several exciting projects including:

· Maintaining mailing lists and cleaning data.
· Enter new contacts into Interaction and verify new entries.
· Generate searches and reports for the Business Development Team.
· Provide user support.
· Streamline data access and sharing.

To be considered for the position the following is required:

· Good working knowledge of InterAction.
· Previous experience within a law firm.
· Ability to do desk research.
· Proactive attitude to work.
· Strong attention to detail.
