£25,000 - 30,000

Work among a growing team within CRM in this growing retailer, use new tools and have access to vast amounts of data working on campaigns that stretch across a growing customer base.

THE ROLE

As CRM Coordinator your focus will be to build and develop the CRM campaigns, specifically you will have to:

  • Develop and deploy CRM campaigns across email and SMS
  • Identify areas for optimisation in the CRM process through segmentation and segmentation models as well as A/B testing on live campaigns
  • Lead on CRM campaigns and the most impact they can have, working with a range of stakeholders to engage with you audience

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience using a campaign management tool, Adobe campaign, Salesforce or similar
  • Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language

THE BENEFITS
