A leading Data-Marketing CRM and Strategy agency, who are experts in multi-channel retailing are looking for a CRM Client Director to sit within the heart of the agency.

They work with some of the most sought-after retail brands and offer a wide range of CRM, Data and Digital Marketing solutions.

Sitting within the Global Client Strategy team, this position focuses on helping clients to design and implement Insight-driven Multi-channel (CRM and Digital) marketing solutions in order to help them grow. The project focus will be around Customer Experience, Social media, Acquisition, Retention and Loyalty and other multi-channel projects.

You will engage with clients to understand their business needs, while working with internal agency subject matter teams (including the wider Client Services, Analytics, insights and Campaign teams) to design and deliver relevant solutions which meet client’s budgets, needs and expectations.

You will need a strong understanding of Multi-Channel Marketing (Email, Social DM and CRM/Acquisition & retention) , Customer Data knowledge and the Retail background to match.

Finally, the basic salary can range from £80-110k (or possibly even higher for the right level of experience)+ bonuses and package
