Criminal Duty Solicitor

An established law firm and long term client of Douglas Scott are in the market for an additional 2 Duty Solicitors and are open to PQE due to the volume of work available to the firm. The ideal candiet will live somewhere within the Greater Manchester/Derbyshire area the salary is dependent on experience but will be but my client is prepared to pay above market rate for the right candidates.

My client is an established and highly regarded law firm rand has recently completed several VHCC matters that were within the public demain 

The successful candidate will be required to assist a range of both private and publicly funded clients, whilst delivering an exceptional level of client care. You will also be able to demonstrate strong advocacy skills and the ability to work with the minimal supervision and be able to be added on to the duty rota with the firms other Solicitors

Applications are invited from hardworking Criminal Solicitors looking for more autonomy and the opportunity to progress within their career. Solicitors will have exceptional client care standards and have a strong background in Criminal Law, be Duty qualified and will be available for the next Duty Rota in January 2024
