Responsibilities
Representing clients detained at police stations
Attending police stations
Murder and manslaughter
ABH and GBH
Assault
Fraud
Drug offences
Robbery
Theft
Road traffic offences
Sexual allegations
The Candidate
Solicitors with at least one year’s PQE
Crime duty accreditation will be a pre-requisite or you are seeking to obtain this
Technically proficient in all aspects of criminal defence
IT literate with the ability to operate a computer-based case management system
Excellent communication and client care skills will be crucial
