CREDIT RISK ANALYST - COLLECTIONS

UP TO £43,000

This role is an exciting opportunity to join the collections functions where you will have the opportunity to improve the customer journey and optimise collections operations and strategy.

THE COMPANY

THE ROLE

You will be doing the following daily:

  • Enhance customer journeys, focusing on contact strategies and driving forward innovative ideas to optimise performance of the credit risk portfolio.
  • Focus on optimising strategy by developing, designing and amending new and existing strategies.
  • General data analysis of customer data and the wider market trends to improve the business' lending.
  • Support work on decision systems and automation within the business, occasionally carrying out testing.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior analysts.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong numerate degree from a Russel Group University.
  • Proficiency in SAS is essential.
  • Previous experience working in the credit risk space, ideally working within collections.
  • Experience in motor finance is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience communicating and working with key stakeholders and wider teams.
