This will provide a unique opportunity for individuals to play a pivotal role, witnessing firsthand the impact of their contributions within an inclusive credit risk team.

THE ROLE

You can expect to be involved in the following day to day:

• Delving deeply into customer data and the broader market to improve business lending practices.
• Crafting and refining collections strategies to drive portfolio performance.
• Contributing to the evolution of decision systems and broader automation projects that align with the wider team.

• Employing advanced portfolio analytic techniques and deep dives to maximize performance.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in SAS

• Experience in navigating credit risk decision systems would also be desirable

• Demonstrated effective stakeholder communication skills and seamless collaboration within a team environment
• Possession of a business-centric and growth mindset
• Previous involvement in crafting credit risk strategies and managing information
