  • Reporting directly to the Group Financial Director, you'll lead our Credit Control team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure success.

What You'll Do:

As Credit Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the finance operations, with responsibilities including:

  • Leading the Credit Control team and providing training and support.
  • Overseeing customer credit ratings and credit insurance.
  • Producing weekly aged debtor reports and reporting on KPIs.
  • Liaising with invoice finance companies and ensuring timely paperwork submission.
  • Collaborating with account managers to address escalated issues.
  • Developing a succession plan to groom future talent within the team.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in credit management, including team management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A track record of success in similar roles.
  • Ideally a recognised credit management qualification (MICM).
