This role will see you join the credit hire department and manage a caseload of portal claims, assessing liability, personal injury and credit hire with the aim of achieving optimum settlement in a quick and efficient turn around. The role will see you also working closely with senior solicitors and fee earners. You will

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate would have gained credit hire experience in a defendant or claimant background, managed their own caseload, knowledge and experience of the MOJ process and experience in handling liability disputes.
