Credit Hire Fee Earner

Our client is a Manchester city centre based practice looking to recruit at multiple levels ranging from litigation executives to solicitors and legal executives. The team handles a wide range of credit hire and RTA claims and is looking for candidates with ideally 2+ years’ experience handling RTA and credit hire claims.

Role Responsibilities

• Independently managing your own caseload from pre-litigation to litigation
• Assisting clients with the progression of their claims
• Successfully navigate settlements through negotiation or trial where necessary

Ideal candidate

• Enthusiastic individual interested in working in a competitive environment
• 2+ years of experience in credit hire and RTA
• Proven problem solver with an interest in progressing their career in a claimant personal injury environment
