Credit Controller - Belfast - £28,000

Duties:

• Collecting Aged Debt from customers.
• Answering calls from customers & resolving queries
• Calling customers for payment on a weekly/ monthly basis
• Communicating to customers & colleagues via email
• Putting accounts on hold if needed due to late payments being received.
• Monitoring & processing any shortages (raising Credit Notes)
  

Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years Previous experience in a credit controller role
• Experience of working to targets/deadlines.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs with strong capabilities within Excel.
