Our MSP was established in 2012 as an alternative to traditional procurement frameworks or long-winded procurement activity. We also operate the Consultancy Procurement Council ("The CPC") which is global network of professional services category experts from over 100 of the world’s largest organisations influencing over £5billion of spend.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for a commercially mindedcredit controller, to manage the whole end to end process from sales ledger invoice to debt reports and customer queries. Working with both internal and external customers to ensure timely cashflow management. Potential to get heavily involved in finance package migration project with the FC and rolling out in house training on the new software afterwards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of the sale ledger to ensure accuracy
- Issuing all customer statements monthly/twice monthly
- Responding to both internal and external queries
- Chasing up payment from Customers (Phone and email)
- Ensuring remittance advices are obtained and cash in the bank allocated accordingly
- Issuing credit notes in line with company policy/approved by FC
- Management and Monitoring of debt report process
Essential Experience:
Xero/Excel/Outlook/O365
Knowledge of public as well as private sector processes to ensure timely payments received
Desired Experience:
Oracle NetSuite
Experience of finance package data migration from Xero to new software (NetSuite)
