Credit Controller

Robert Walters are delighted to be working with a global organisation, who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join them in their busy team in Chertsey. This Credit Controller position will predominantly be focused on complex query management and resolution, so would suit an individual who has worked within a fast-paced corporate environment.

This Credit Control opportunity would allow an individual to join a large team who offer an incredibly supportive yet hard working environment where development of talent is a huge priority.

The successful individual would be responsible for a select portfolio of accounts where they would manage these from a collection, query management and reconciliation perspective.

Further responsibilities would include:

* Carry out invoices and debit note deductions for rebates, allowances, marketing, returns and disputes.
* Reconcile complex accounts using Excel, analysing line item details for reporting internally and externally.
* A detailed knowledge of sales deductions as well as an understanding of trading contracts is key to this role.
* Working with AR teams to collect all outstanding monies on the customer account within payment terms.
* Build excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We would love to speak to individuals with the following skillset for this Credit Controller position:

* Proven experience of query management and resolution within a high volume environment.
* Previous work experience within a large and complex organisation.
* An enthusiastic approach to working within a fast-paced team.
* Strong Excel skills - VLook Up and Pivot Tables
* Excellent knowledge of managing sales deductions, and previous experience working with sales and marketing teams would be beneficial.

Our client offers hybrid working (3 days office, 2 home) as well as parking onsite. There is a salary on offer of £35,000 - £39,000 plus an excellent benefits package including an achievable and realistic bonus opportunity of 10%
