Credit Controller

Marks Sattin are currently working with a Leeds Centre based professional Services for the role of Credit Controller!

They are looking for an experienced candidate with at least 2 years' experience working in a large complex business. The role is key to collecting cash and reducing debtor days in a business environment.

For this role, they will pay up to £28,000 and also offer hybrid working (2 days in the office per week). They also work a 35-hour working week!

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Communicating with clients and third parties by letter and telephone to ensure prompt payment of bills
• Keeping accurate and up to date records of all debt chasing
• Being proactive to identify issues, suggest solutions and assist in implementing change
• Working to monthly cash collection targets
• Responsibility for administering specific client billing / collection processes
• Keeping the team leader up to date with any potential issues with a client's ability to settle our bills
• Liaise with Finance Managers regarding debts for their divisions
