Credit Controller

Description
- Manage and maintain the accounts receivable and credit control processes
- Process and reconcile payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness and establish credit limits
- Resolve client discrepancies and short payments
- Coordinate with the sales team to support credit application process
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Comply with all regulations and laws within the retail industry
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A strong understanding of financial regulations and laws
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- An educational background in finance, accounting or a related field
