Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading retail business, based in Chester, who are looking for a Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own ledger of aged debt.

Description

The Credit Controller will be responsible for

  • Ensuring sales invoices are raised accurately and efficiently
  • Allocating cash
  • Creating new customer accounts
  • Chasing overdue debts via telephone, email, and letter
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships

Profile

The successful Credit Controller should have:

  • A proven track record within a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team
