Join our client's Finance Team in an innovative environment at NG8, conveniently located by the tram stop for easy commuting. As a Credit Controller, your role is pivotal in overseeing the sales ledger and implementing robust credit control measures for the business-to-business accounts. Your skills and contributions will be highly valued in this dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Sales Ledger effectively.
  • Conduct proactive credit control for business-to-business accounts.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts via telephone communication.
  • Resolve invoice queries and account issues promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive customer contact notes.
  • Issue weekly and monthly invoices and statements to customers.
  • Perform opening and vetting procedures for new accounts.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in credit control.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective issue resolution and relationship building.
  • Proactive and persistent problem-solving approach.
  • Professional demeanour.
  • Dedication to continuous improvement, with a focus on enhancing processes and systems.
