A leading Crowborough-based team is thrilled to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Credit Controller to join their dynamic and successful team.

Role Overview: As a Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial stability by ensuring timely payments from their clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing credit control procedures and processes, focusing on timely invoice payments in various currencies.
- Communicating effectively with clients via phone, email, and letters to chase outstanding payments.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve payment issues promptly.
- Sending monthly statements to clients and reconciling accounts.
- Assisting in the management of client portals to streamline invoicing and payment processes.
- Addressing client queries and building strong relationships with both global and local clients.
- Previous experience in credit control.
- Willingness to engage in proactive communication and follow-up with clients.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to escalate issues effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Experience in managing intercompany receivable accounts.
Location: Crowborough
Hours: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (with an hour for lunch) or 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (with half an hour for lunch).
Salary: £32,500 per annum.
