Are you a skilled Credit Controller seeking an opportunity to join a thriving Dorset based business?  Sheridan Maine is currently working on behalf of our client to find a talented individual to join their dynamic team based near Weymouth.

As a Credit Controller, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's credit and collections processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Chasing outstanding debts via telephone and letter correspondence.
  • Reconciling accounts and identifying overdue payments.
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve billing queries.
  • Generating customer statements and chasing letters on time.
  • Administering Probate queries, POA changes and small claims court work.
  • Producing regular reports on debtor aging and collections performance.

To be considered for the Credit Controller position, you will need:
  • Previous experience in a Credit Control role.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
