Credit Controller / Debt Recovery Advisor Salary £27,000

We are searching for someone that is looking to join a successful company based in Redhill and play an extremely important role for the business which is in their Collections team as an Credit Controller. Maybe you have been working within another organisation as credit controller, debt advisor, or any type of arrears specialist, if so, this is the role for you.

I have worked with this client for many years now and they have created a very successful business… they are expanding, and therefore the arrears team needs your help!

The Role:

  • Collection of billed services to business customers.
  • Portfolio management of all payment arrears by taking full end to end responsibility.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally via telephone, email and/or letter to ensure prompt payments.
  • Assist with payment allocation and reconciliation work when required

The Person:

  • Previous experience within a debt advisory or credit control role.
  • High attention to detail with an organised approach.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise workload.
