Credit Controller Salary £35,000 - £38,000

Based in Uxbridge

Office Based Role -9.00am - 5.15pm

A well-established company in the printing industry are looking for a Credit Controller (Disputes and Collections Controller) to join their dedicated team based in beautiful offices in Stockley Business Park, Uxbridge. Looking for candidates experience in resolving queries, raising credits and chasing debts. Must have a good level of IT skills including experience of using SAP or Salesforce, excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service.

Key duties:


Dispute Management

  • Log and resolve all customer queries in line with company KPIs and raise Credit Notes on SAP. Update customers of progress of queries.
  • Log all disputes and chase internal Managers for resolution and escalate to Head of Credit as required.
  • Analyse query data to identify root causes, suggest improvement processes, and update customers on query progress.
  • Open new accounts on Sales Force and SAP, amend existing account details, and report and analyse CCS system data to identify the root causes of complaints.
  • Attend meetings and update Supervisors on engineer issues. Escalate internal disputes to Area Manager and Head of Credit.

Collections

  • Collect all outstanding debt within allowed payment terms and coordinate with Shared Service Centre (SSC) for month-end activities.
  • Review customer clearing accounts, attend customer meetings, and communicate with Receivers & Liquidators for bad debts.
  • Review existing collection methods, prepare cash flow projections, and assist SSC with monthly administrative tasks.
  • Review and action dunning and statement process, cover for Head of Credit in weekly meetings as required and ensure biweekly updates of customer notes.

Experience Required:

  • Experienced credit controller with a minimum of 2 year's experience
  • Previous experience of dealing with queries, receivership's, and liquidators
  • Ability to be able to work under pressure and deal with Senior Stakeholders at Director Level
  • Good level of IT skilling including all Microsoft packages
  • Previous use of SAP or Salesforce ( ideally SAP)
