Job Description: As a Credit Controller in Market Harborough, your responsibilities will include:

• Skillful communication with debtors to obtain payment for overdue debts.
• Conducting personal visits when necessary to assess debtor's ability to pay.
• Collaborating with the litigation department to take legal actions if required.
• Providing regular reports to clients on the progress of debt collection.
• Acting as an extension to client's credit control departments to enhance cash flow.

Profile: The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong communication skills for effective debt negotiation.
• Ability to assess debtor's financial ability to pay.
• Familiarity with legal procedures related to debt recovery (preferred but not essential).
• Attention to detail and organisational skills for managing debt collection processes effectively.
