?? The Role:

As a Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely issuance of water infrastructure invoices, while maintaining seamless communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

? Accurately and efficiently issuing invoices, applications, and payment certificates, with meticulous attention to cost capturing and job codes.

? Managing project registers and issuing invoices per plot, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

? Liaising with clients, both internally and externally, to resolve any issues and ensure prompt payment.

? Proactively chasing overdue debt and addressing queries, ensuring collectability.

? Maintaining comprehensive records of plots invoiced and paid for multiple sites.

? Building and nurturing strong relationships with external water companies.

? Thriving in a deadline-driven environment, consistently delivering against set timelines.

? Providing general administrative support when required.

?? Your Skills & Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following:

?? Knowledge of sales ledger.

?? Desirable: Familiarity with water infrastructure charges.

?? A strong background in a similar Credit Controller position.

?? A clean driver's licence, with access to a serviceable and appropriately insured vehicle (desirable).

?? Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making skills.

?? Advanced Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong analytical capabilities.

?? The ability to perform well under pressure, meeting deadlines and targets.

?? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration at all levels.

?? Demonstration of understanding and commitment to the principles of equal opportunities.
