As a Credit Controller, you'll be the financial guardian, ensuring that company credit policies are implemented effectively and cash flow remains healthy.

You'll be responsible for managing outstanding debts, building strong relationships with clients, and negotiating payment terms to ensure timely collections.

Your keen eye for detail and strategic mindset will be instrumental in identifying potential risks and implementing

proactive measures to mitigate them.

What You'll Do:

• Proactively chase outstanding debts and negotiate payment plans with customers.
• Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and forecast cash flow.
• Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Credit Controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of credit management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
