We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Ely who are recruiting for a Credit Controller on a full-time basis. This role will be office based and to be successful in the role, you would need to have experience in a similar position.

Typical duties include:

- Processing payments

- Updating sales ledger and maintaining records accurately

- Monitoring accounts and liaising with other departments to deal with any accounts queries

- Dealing with inbound customer queries

- Building and managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues

- Assisting with any other duties to assist where required

You will have:

- Excellent communication, both written and verbal

- The ability to work autonomously and assist the wider finance team

- Experience working in a similar role and enjoy providing great customer service

- Strong attention to detail
