What you'll do:

  • Manage customer accounts, proactively chasing outstanding payments.
  • Investigate and resolve overdue invoices and credit control issues.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your tasks.

Who you are:

  • A qualified credit controller with experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ideally with experience in relevant accounting software.
