Meridian Business Support are recruiting for a Credit Controller to work for their client based in the area of Fenton Stoke on Trent. 
Essential duties and Responsibility's: 
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding monies due to the company using various methods of communication including emails and telephone
  • Liaise with other employees as required to resolve customer queries
  • General assistance to finance department and general admin duties
  • Enter receipts on the cashbook/SAP and reconcile on a daily basis 
  • Process credit notes as required
  • Confirming deposit payments received and releasing held orders once confirmed
  • Carry out any additional duties as directed by Financial Controller
  • To be experienced in all aspects of Credit Control
  • Excel experience preferable
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage their own work load and be able to prioritise work effectively. Be able to work under pressure, be able to build good relationships with customers and have a high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Must be computer literate and ideally have a good working knowledge of Microsoft excel. 
This is a Temp - Perm role with a pay rate of £12.34 plus a 3% KPI bonus per annum paid quarterly.  
The hours are 30 hours per week worked over 4 or 5 days, 8am - 4pm, open to someone who would like to work school hours and work over the 5 days also, 30 minute break is given.
