Credit Controller- German / Dutch Speaking
German / Dutch Credit controller, £28,000-£35,000, High Wycombe (hybrid)
This role is also open to both entry level and experienced candidates, however salary will be dependent on relevant experience.
As a Credit Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our company by ensuring timely payments from our clients. Your responsibilities will include monitoring outstanding balances, communicating with clients to resolve payment discrepancies, and implementing strategies to minimize credit risk. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your language skills while contributing to the financial success of our organization.

Responsibilities for the German or Dutch Credit controller:
- Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to identify overdue payments and outstanding balances.
- Contact clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to follow up on overdue invoices and negotiate payment terms.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and billing issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Accounts Receivable, to address customer concerns and streamline payment processes.
- Analyze credit data and assess the creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to facilitate prompt payments and resolve disputes.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of credit control activities.
- Fluency in German or Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, is preferred but not essential
