Credit Controller - Accounts Assistant
Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Finance Assistant - Credit Controller to work for a great business based in Brighton, walking distance from the train station. The Credit Control role is a temporary job opportunity to start ASAP. The Accounts Assistant, Credit Controller will be supporting the accounts department with credit control and accounting duties and being part of an accounts team.
Location: Brighton, office based
Pay rate: £12-14 per hour + holiday pay
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Mon-Fri
Credit Control duties:
- Credit control, chasing customer payments
- Processing payments
- Reconciliation of customer accounts
- Handling customer enquiries, collecting payments, and preparing monthly reports
- Assisting with the production of monthly Credit Control reports
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in an Accounts / Finance role, credit control, collections experience is required
- Excellent IT skills
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
