My client is looking for a Credit Controller to join the Credit / AR team of 11 for a 6 month maternity cover. You will report directly to the Group Credit Manager and be responsible for a managing the credit control a ledger of just over £1million.

• Responsible for managing a UK ledger of 150 live accounts with a monthly ledger value of £1million+.
• Credit checking, setting of limits, making decisions around credit risk
• Chasing outstanding debts by telephone, letter and email
• Investigation and resolving customer queries
• Cash allocation
• Reconciling accounts
• Monthly statement runs
• Raising credit notes and processing write offs
• Working to cash collection targets

Requirements

• Recent/current experience of working as a credit controller
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to prioritise and manage your workload.
