We are looking for a number of candidates with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner, to join our reputable Southampton based client for a temporary contract which could go longer. This role would suit a candidate who is versatile and looking to join an organisation that will give them exposure to a lot of the business functions.

Duties within the role will include:

  • Assisting with general duties across the credit control function
  • Chasing and obtaining missing purchase order numbers
  • Finance administration duties
  • Helping to solve invoice related queries
  • Bank posting
  • Budgets & Accruals 
  • Knowledge of Sage, Xero or SAP

What you'll need to succeed:

You must have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. You will be keen to learn, and be happy providing all round administrative support as required. On Team is the focus of this organisation. You will also be confident picking up the telephone and speaking with colleagues and customers. You will need to be resilient, organised and be keen to work as part of a friendly office-based team.
