Your new company
A well established, global corporate travel and event company. Due to the continual growth of the company, a new position in the finance team has opened up.

Your new role

  • Client Account Management (UK): Oversee and manage a portfolio of client accounts (estimated 200 accounts).
  • Streamlining client payments and supplier commissions
  • Efficiently addressing client enquiries and providing a timely response
  • Stakeholder Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Streamlining client billing reports and delivering to clients
  • Debt Collection: Proactively follow up with clients to recover overdue debts.
  • Additional Tasks: Perform any other ad hoc duties as needed.



What you'll need to succeed

  • 2-3 years experience within credit control
  • Brilliant communication skills, able to work within a team and communicate with stakeholders/ clients.
  • Attention to detail, able to achieve targets and hit deadlines
  • Confident in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables etc.), also advantages to have experience in NetSuite software
