What you'll do:
As an Enthusiastic Credit Control Team Leader, you will be at the helm of managing and performing all Credit Control functions. You will be tasked with posting receipts, issuing statements, engaging in debt meetings, and contributing significantly to debt reporting. Your role will also involve leading a team of approximately two dedicated Credit Controllers and liaising with clients from all sectors. You will ensure that the Company's ERP system is maintained and contribute to continuous improvement of the debt collection functionality. Additionally, you will administer the PO management system efficiently and set up sector related Projects for applications and delivery.


* Take charge and perform all Credit Control functions including managing the company's Credit Process
* Post receipts and issue statements with precision
* Engage in debt meetings and contribute significantly to debt reporting
* Lead a team of approximately two dedicated Credit Controllers
* Liaise with Clients from all sectors, understanding their payment processes
* Ensure that the Company's ERP system is maintained and contribute to continuous improvement of the debt collection functionality
* Administer the PO management system efficiently
* Set up sector related Projects for applications and delivery

What you bring:

They will possess excellent verbal and written skills, with an ability to adapt their communication styles to suit different audiences effectively. They will demonstrate first-class organisation/prioritisation and multi-tasking skills which allow them to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Their excellent attention to detail skills ensure accuracy and precision in all of their work.


* Proven experience leading a Credit team successfully
* Previous credit control experience is essential
* Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit different audiences effectively
* Strong interpersonal skills for building effective relationships
* First class organisation/prioritisation and multi-tasking skills for efficient task management
* Excellent attention to detail skills for ensuring accuracy
