CREDIT CONTROL MANAGER - £45-62K +car allowance + benefits - WASALL - PERM

Greenwell Gleeson are recruiting for a Credit Control Manager to lead the Credit Control function overseeing 6 well established Credit Controllers for a business based in Walsall, Salary is £45-62K depending on experience. Thsi is replacing an employee who is retiring after a long career with the business

Skills Required:

  • Experience of cash collections and forecasting

  • Proven success in change management of existing processes and culture

  • A collaborative nature and ability to work across various teams and different levels of the organisation to deliver results

  • A professional person who can interact with and influence others to gain support for ideas, proposals, projects and solutions

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to address issues using a logical, systematic approach

Experience Required:

  • 2+ years management experience

  • Performance transformation experience

  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal

  • Strong knowledge and ability to apply credit control best practices from first-hand experience

  • An individual who is not afraid to drive and deliver results

Experience successfully coaching and mentoring to bring the best out of the team
