Credit Control Development Manager

Northampton

Hours 9am -5pm

Salary circa £35,000 

We have a great opportunity for an experienced credit control professional to join a well-established family run practice in Northampton. With the aim to grow a successful credit control team over the next 12 months you will use your expertise and market knowledge to define a comprehensive range of outsourced credit control services, tailored to the needs of their diverse range of clients.

 Key Duties:

  • Define a comprehensive range of outsourced credit control services tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Develop service packages with clear pricing structures and value propositions.
  • Conduct market research to identify the demand for outsourced credit control services among potential clients.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and proactive communication.
  • Regularly assess client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • Recruit skilled professionals with expertise in credit control, debt management, and customer service.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to ensure team members are equipped with the latest industry knowledge and tools.
  • Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor the performance and effectiveness of the team.
  • Showcase the businesses expertise and value proposition through various channels, including social media, website, and industry events.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a credit control or finance department
  • Man-management and people skills
  • Confident, self-starter that can be relied upon to work to own initiative
  • Good market knowledge and confident in targeting key clients
  • Prepared to grow and develop a team of successful credit controller’s
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrable continuous improvement initiatives
