Credit Control Assistant (3 - 6 month contract)

Based: Near Hammersmith (hybrid)

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (pro rata and dependent on experience)

Growing financial services business

A leading financial services business in South West London is now looking to hire a Credit Control Assistant for their high profile team. Reporting into the Financial Controller the duties of the Credit Control Assistant will include:

• Raising and sending of timely invoice reminders
• Prepare and distribute aged debtor reports to directors and managers.
• Collection of client debts through credit card processing
• Handling customer enquiries
• Invoice processing
• Accounts admin

We are looking for somebody with previous credit control and finance experience who is looking to develop their career within a dynamic, fun organisation

Requirements:

• 18 months + years previous credit control and finance experience essential
• Must be proactive around debtor responsibilities
• Strong IT skills and highly numerate
• Back office systems experience
• Excellent communication skills and a confident manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritise
• Flexible, professional and team approach
• Previous financial services experience advantageous but not essential
• Willingness to work in a 3-6 month contract capacity
• Would also suit a graduate looking for finance experience
