My client is seeking a bright and motivated individual to join their Corporate Support Team on a permanent basis.

This is a role which will suit someone with a strong background in office administration, perhaps within a credit control team, who is keen to take on the duties required to support a busy department with multiple sites across the UK.

Duties will include:

- monitoring customer information and setting up new accounts

- assessing aged debt and alerting the team to issues causing non-payment

- posting cash receipts, issuing refunds and statements

- liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve queries

- collating documentation to assist customers with their payments

- generating debtor reports and other information to assist with the collection targets across the team

- preparing paperwork for legally escalated cases

This role is to start as soon as the right person is available, and will be based in very well appointed offices in near Brierley Hill.
