We are looking for an exceptional Creator (Influencer) Business Director to lead and run the agency's creator/influencer offering.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive the agency's creator campaign output by delivering diverse and inclusive creator campaigns and advocating for conscious inclusion.
  • Managing pitched, responses to brief, sign off, implementation and delivery of the team and agency creator output.
  • Setting out why and where creator marketing sits in a media plan and delivering strong strategic foundations for creator campaigns.
  • Educating internal client teams and clients about the creator marketing landscape and the benefits of creator campaigns.
  • Providing comment on industry news, delivering keynotes at industry events and appearing on panels representing the agency.
  • Implementing test and learn strategies.
  • Deliver a strategic growth plan.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 7+ years' experience working within a social or creator space.
  • You will have a strong knowledge and contact base in creator marketing from pitching to process and know what really drives business results for brands.
  • Strong knowledge of creator marketing but wants to understand but wants to understand how it could broaden out to connect with wider media and advertising plans.
  • Someone who is up to date with the latest news and developments within this space.
