Creative Project Co-Ordinator

We have a great opportunity for a Creative Project Co-ordinator to join an award winning agency specialising in design for retail displays. Their studio and workshop is based in London. They are open to junior or midweight levels with more experienced creative co-ordinators. Suitable candidates would have across retail environments, set design or even event design (agency or brand side). You will oversee creative projects, VM, Window Display, instore from concept to completion, production and installation across a variety of clients worldwide.

They have a client list of well-known global brands and projects range from large scale global roll-outs through to smaller scale more unique bespoke pop-up projects. Many of their clients are in the Fashion, Beauty and Lifestyle sector.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Suitable candidates will already have Project Coordinator experience in a retail agency or inhouse position
• Have basic artworking experience using Illustrator mainly and Photoshop/InDesign
• Ideally come from a creative background
• An understanding of the print manufacturing & production processes.
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Experience of liaising with suppliers
• Experience of working with Project Managers/Production & Operations to ensure projects are completed on time
  
  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Working alongside Project managers assisting with briefs and liaising with clients
• Contact with clients and liaising with suppliers to help with fulfilling briefs
• Helping team to meet deadlines
• Helping Project Managers to ensure briefs are within budget and on time
• Assisting with the coordination of design and presentation of work
• Working between production and operations, to help to ensure that schemes are dispatched correct and on time
• Help with installations, so some hands-on creative skills a major plus.
