Creative Marketing Executive

We are currently looking to recruit for a newly created role of Creative Marketing Executive working for a growing business Based in St neots, The role can either be hybrid if local or fully remote. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the growth and success for the company by driving marketing campaigns, brand awareness and delivering lead generation initiatives.

This position is tailor-made for someone who combines a strong grasp of traditional marketing methods, digital marketing and with a talent for creativity, particularly in video editing, along with proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns that captivate our target audience and enhance our brand presence across many different segments.

• Working across a global team, time and resource management is essential of self and team members.
• Being flexible and adaptable in response to changing market conditions, regulatory environments, and emerging trends. This includes being able to pivot quickly and make informed decisions in dynamic and uncertain situations.
• Budget awareness and management in multiple currencies.
• Global Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including local marketing teams, agencies, vendors
• Planning and analysis: campaign creation involves planning, and analysing results for strengths and weaknesses in the campaign and the process.
• Constant evolution: through testing and learning

You

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years proven experience (preferably in life sciences) in marketing roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing campaign led marketing, planning, project management and any related campaign-led creative work.
• Proficiency in video editing software
