A Day in the Life of an RMN: Step into the dynamic world of community mental health nursing, where your role is paramount in delivering compassionate care to patients.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular visits to patients in the community to ensure their needs are met.
  • Administering prescribed medications promptly and effectively.
  • Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, facilitating optimal care plans, and monitoring progress.
  • Conducting thorough risk assessments to maintain patient safety.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Active NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse.
  • Demonstrated experience in community nursing.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work autonomously or collaboratively within a team.
  • A deep commitment to delivering top-quality care to every patient.

Working Hours and Contract Duration:

Join our team and enjoy a flexible schedule, with 3-4 days of work per week, from 08:00 to 20:00. The initial contract spans a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extending indefinitely.
