We are looking for a teachers to fill our Cover Teacher jobs in Luton to join us at Tick Education as we have a number of schools in and around the Luton area who we assist with daily cover right through to permanent positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for covering lessons across KS3-KS5 depending on your skill set and ability.

Responsibilities

• Delivering engaging lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Assessing and monitoring student progress.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
• Safeguarding all students in your classroom
• Good behaviour management skills

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) but not essential
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 3 - 5
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed during stressful moments
