As a Cover Supervisor you will also be required to:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons to students in the absence of the usual class teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment
• Providing support and guidance to students, both academically and emotionally
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
• Managing the classroom behaviour following the schools policies and procedures

The successful Cover Supervisor will need:

• To be degree qualified or hold a Teaching Assistant qualification OR have experience working with and supporting children and/or young adults
• A genuine passion for education and a desire to inspire students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in different schools and adapt to various teaching environments
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
