Cover Supervisor

Tradewind are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work throughout the North and North East Lincolnshire area in a range of colleges and schools.

This position would suit anyone with prior experience working with children and young people, who can offer a calm and nurturing approach in the classroom, and who is versatile enough to deal with the day to day variations of a school day. Payment for this position will be between £70.00 and £95.00 per day depending on experience and qualifications.

You will be required to work across all subjects, providing strong behaviour management and leading fully planned lessons, in each instance, you will have full support of the department.

The schools vary in size and cohort so you must feel confident to tackle any challenges presented throughout the teaching day.

Locations include Grimsby, Louth, Caistor, Cleethorpes, Immingham, Brigg and Scunthorpe.

Due to the locations and required versatility, the ideal candidate would have their own transport, however access to one or two schools would provide ample opportunities for the right candidate.
