We are looking for a strong character with an outstanding work ethic who has the confidence to support pupils in the teacher's absence. The aim is to keep pupils on task as they work through the classwork that has been set for them.

You will need to keep them motivated and focused , be present by actively walking around the classroom and direct them in their work if they are struggling.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting pupils within a classroom setting
• Provide a well planned ,purposeful learning environment
• use imagination to enhance learning experience
• be observant and manage behaviour and distractions
• collect in pre set work and return to the appropriate teacher
• manage the classroom and keep pupils on task

• patience and understanding
