We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful, vibrant community as a Cover Supervisor at the Sir William Ramsay School

Permanent, Full time 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus INSET days)

Start date - ASAP

Closing Date: Friday 3rd May at 12 Noon

Salary - Bucks Pay Range 3 -Annual actual salary £20,560-£22,239 Equivalent to £24,310-£26,295 for full time

At Sir William Ramsay School we are looking to appoint a Cover Supervisor who will strive to help every child succeed. You would be responsible for supervising classes in the absence of regular teaching staff and ensuring effective learning takes place. You will have excellent communication and time management skills and a good knowledge of secondary education. As we work tirelessly to improve you will actively get involved with our ongoing efforts to become an outstanding school.The post would suit someone who is able to teach a range of abilities, with a clear vision of how to maximise achievement in our students and ensure that learning is an enriching experience for all.

This role also requires a post holder who is passionate about developing the schools CPD offer and the fostering of a school-based research culture.
