Position Overview:

  • We are looking for a proactive Cover Supervisor to oversee classes in the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classes during teacher absences, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

  • Maintain accurate records of attendance and report any issues or concerns to school leadership.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and manage classroom dynamics effectively.
