Cover Supervisor

• Salary: £100 - £130 per day
• Job Type: Flexible (Full-week or Part-time)

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor who is passionate about education and possesses strong behaviour management skills. This role is essential in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring the continuity of education during teacher absences.

Day to Day of the role:

• Supervise and manage student behaviour in the absence of regular teachers.
• Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students engage in meaningful learning activities.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
• Adapt to different school settings across Cambridge, providing consistency and support to students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record in effectively managing student behaviour.
• Some teaching experience is desirable, though not mandatory.
• Relevant qualifications in education are essential.
• Flexibility to work full-week or part-time assignments.
• Availability to work from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
