Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Batley
Salary: £90 - £120 per day

Are you looking for a flexible role in education that allows you to support students and make a positive impact in Batley? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Cover Supervisors on an ad-hoc basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a school setting and contribute to the learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
• Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Support students with their learning by providing assistance and guidance as needed.
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment conducive to learning.
• Liaise with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure continuity of learning during teacher absences.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage classroom dynamics and maintain discipline.
• Flexible availability to cover classes on short notice.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting students' educational development.
• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
