Cover Supervisor - Secondary School in Maidenhead

Reed Education is currently seeking a dedicated and reliable cover supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing classroom supervision and ensuring that students are engaged in meaningful learning activities.

Job Description:

Supervise students in the classroom and ensure that they are engaged in meaningful learning activities.

Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

Follow lesson plans provided by the teacher and ensure that students are on task.

Provide feedback to the teacher regarding student progress and behaviour.

Ensure that all students are safe and secure at all times.
Requirements:

Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.

Ability to follow lesson plans and provide feedback to the teacher.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
